What
happens if a lights goes out in the line or we have a
problem with our lighting or decor?
With Illumination Creations, if a product supplied and installed by us
malfunctions, we return to inspect the situation at no charge
within 24 hours. The quality of our lights are second to none and have been
proven to be the most durable and energy efficient lights on the market. We also
provide one or two quality checks for you, to ensure your lights are always
in good working condition. Warranty work will not include
destruction or defects caused by animals, weather conditions, or any other
persons not affiliated with Illumination Creations.
Will we need
to hire an electrician?
In
most cases no electrician is needed. However, with larger installations, additional power sources may be
warranted. If you are in need of an electrician Illumination Creations works
closely with the industries finest and will refer you to them. Holiday lighting
is not done with hard wiring techniques. Our products are normally run off
outdoor outlets, power strips, and timers thereby exempting holiday light installers
from having an electricians license.
Do we need to
be home for the installation?
Not for exterior installations. Our
trained professionals can complete an installation whether you are there or not.
Do you take the lights down
and store them?
We will return in the new year to take the
lights down and carefully pack them in containers to keep them safe until next
season. Storage of lights and decor are at additional costs due upon
removal.
Do you install
wreaths and garland?
Yes, we sell and install wreaths
and garland; large, medium and small wreaths can be hung
at additional costs per
wreath. Wreaths can be installed with or without mini lights.
Will my electric
bill be through the roof?
With
the soaring costs of energy this question has been asked more and more each
year. We cannot determine exactly what costs will be compared to
before your lights were installed, but we can assure you that the use of LED
light technology has been proven to use 90% less electricity in comparison

Both LED and incandescent lighting installations are

Yes, and
Illumination Creations
carries a general liability for the protection of our customers.
Illumination Creations carries a $1,000,000 liability policy but companies can carry policies as low
